Authenticity of the ratings
We use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for the collection of reviews. Trusted Shops has taken measures to ensure that these are genuine reviews.
In addition, we use WooCommerce’s standard review feature on our product pages. Product reviews can be submitted directly in the store. If a review is marked as a “verified purchase,” it has been linked to an actual purchase of that product in our store.
All reviews can be manually reviewed before publication—for example, to check for spam, offensive content, illegal content, or information that is clearly irrelevant. The content of the review is not altered. Reviews are not given preferential treatment or disadvantaged based on whether they express a positive or negative opinion.
Each experience in connection with the purchase or use of a product can be rated with up to 5 stars. In comments, customers share their experiences in their own words.
Grade calculation based on the star rating
- 5 stars = Very good
- 4 stars = Good
- 3 stars = Satisfactory
- 2 stars = Sufficient
- 1 star = inadequate
Measures to verify the valuations
KUNe has taken various measures in its rating system to ensure that the published ratings only come from consumers who have experience with the goods or have actually purchased them. The check has been carried out since 05.03.2024 before publication. All constructive (positive and negative) reviews are published after editorial review.
How does KUNe ensure that the reviews are genuine?
Technical measures:
KUNe employs various technical measures to ensure that email invitations to submit reviews are sent only to those email addresses associated with completed purchases or to those who have experience with the product.
Online shoppers receive a review invitation from KUNe after completing their order. About Us, the link in the email can be used to submit a review of the actual purchase.
In addition, users of KUNe Services have the option to rate their orders by accessing the “View Your Purchase” page in the customer area.
At the same time, further reference data on the order is collected in order to ensure that the individual ratings can be reliably assigned to an actual purchase.
Manual measures:
Further manual measures are also used to check that only those customers who have also purchased the product or have had experience with the goods leave reviews.
To ensure that the authenticity of the review and its legitimacy can be verified, reviews cannot be submitted anonymously. The customer name through which the purchase was processed always serves as a verifiable reference for the review submission.
If no proof of purchase or experience with the goods can be provided by the measures mentioned, the ratings will be deleted.
