Conditions of participation

Transparency is important to us. Therefore, you will find here the conditions of participation for competitions organized via our “KUNe GmbH” pages on our website & our social media channels.

1. The organizer of the competition is KUNe GmbH (“Organizer” for short). The competition is in no way connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram.
2. By participating in the competition, you agree to these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Participants who violate these conditions of participation, use unauthorized aids or otherwise seek to gain an advantage through manipulation will be excluded from participation.
3. Natural persons with permanent residence in Austria, Germany and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible once per person.
4. The start of the competition is the respective time of publication on the website or on the organizer’s social media channels. The end (date and time) of the competition implementation period (start and end) is specified in the respective competition post (website/social media).
5. Participation in the prize draw requires a specific action according to the competition entry. If an image/photo/text contribution is to be posted or sent in by the participant as part of the competition, the uploaded contribution must not infringe the rights of third parties. It may therefore only be photos/images or texts that the participant has taken or created him/herself. By posting or sending the photo/image, the participant agrees that the photo/image may be published on the timeline as well as on the website or social media channels of the “KUNe GmbH” page, stating the name of the participant.
6. The prize draw will take place after the end of the implementation period and in accordance with the random principle and the four-eyes principle, unless other details have been provided to determine the winner (e.g. voting among users – the photo with the most “likes” wins).
7. Posts that violate the social media guidelines, Austrian or European law or our netiquette will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize draw.
8. The winners will be informed via private social media message or email immediately after the end of the implementation period. If the winners do not contact us within two days of the information being sent in the form of a private social media message to the KUNe GmbH social media page, stating their contact and address details in Austria, their claim to the prize will expire without substitution. In this case, no replacement winner will be determined. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
9. The data and information provided by the participants as part of the competition will only be used for the purpose of processing and documenting the competition. This also includes the publication of the winner’s name and profile picture on the KUNe GmbH Facebook/Instagram page and website. The participants expressly agree to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to service@kune-online.com . In the event of revocation, the participant will be excluded from the competition.
10. Legal recourse is excluded. No cash redemption is possible. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
