Why are the assembly extras not included in the standard delivery?

As both the angle and the distances and distances between the connections differ depending on the living spacethe sinks are supplied without HT elbow and HT drain pipe. However, these can be ordered in white in our store to match the siphon. You can also order an HT connecting pipe and a bottle siphon in our store.

The hole cutter is required to install the fitting. If you want to install the fitting yourself, you should also add our hole cutter to your shopping cart.

The advantages of stainless steel

  1. Do not clean the sink with coarse cleaning sponges such as scouring pads, pot cleaning sponges, wire sponges or similar.
  2. Do not use scouring powder, chlorine or chlorinated acids or similarly aggressive cleaning agents.
  3. Highly concentrated vinegar or cement residue remover can permanently damage the surface of the pool.
  4. To prevent rust, you should always clean your sink after contact with ferritic objects (spade, trowel, etc.).
  5. We recommend cleaning the pool regularly with our PlanB Citrus Cleaner. Important: After cleaning, rinse with plenty of clean water!
  6. Rinse the sink with plenty of clean water after each use and wipe with a soft cloth.
  7. Heavy soiling or flash rust stains: We recommend cleaning with our PlanB stainless steel restorer. Important: After cleaning, rinse with plenty of clean water!

Note: Normal use of stainless steel results in a uniformly homogeneous surface (patina). This protective layer restores itself under normal atmospheric conditions even after the removal of ferritic abrasion.

Only coatings from quality manufacturers are used for the stylish plastic powder coating of our NOVUM series (black or white). The coating is easy to clean, reduces fingerprints and gives the sink an elegant satin finish. Our care tips for stylish powder coating:

    1. Do not clean the coating with coarse cleaning sponges such as scouring pads, pot cleaning sponges, wire sponges or similar.
    2. Use a soft cleaning cloth and wipe the surface after using the basin.
    3. If necessary, you can clean the powder coating with a little washing-up liquid.
    4. Heavy soiling: after the protection has dried, carefully loosen it and only then gently clean with a soft, damp cloth.
    5. Acetone, nitro thinner, label remover etc. can remove or permanently damage the surface.
